The term “ testing ” in Article 4 and 6 of the Act refers to measures to:2.1 inspect whether the veterinary drug is approved, is conformed to the original approval, and is secured with the seal of approval or not,2.2 examine the veterinary drug ’ s characteristics, ingredients, quality, quantity, potency and relevant properties.
