Rural Regeneration Act Article 19
The public lands within rural community area owned by governments at all levels and the lands within rural community area owned by Farmer Association, Fishman Association, Agricultural Irrigation Association and state-run enterprises may be reused and revitalized in accordance with the rural regeneration plan.
