Slopeland Conservation And Utilization Act Article 36
The fine prescribed in the preceding Article will be imposed by the special municipality or county/city competent authority. The matter will be referred to court for compulsory enforcement in cases in which no payment has been made within the specified time period, of which the offender has been notified.
