Slopeland Conservation And Utilization Act Article 30-1

Anyone violating the first paragraph of Article 12 by unauthorized development while engaging in the operation or use of land pursuant to subparagraphs 3 to 9 of Article 9will be subject to the applicable provisions of the Soil and Water Conservation Act. In addition, such person is prohibited from applying for development of said land for two years from the initial date of punishment.
