Slopeland Conservation And Utilization Act Article 28
The central or special municipality competent authority may set up a slopeland development fund for the purposes of promoting the development, conservation and utilization of slopeland using the following resources:1.Appropriations granted by the government according to budgetary procedure.2.Proceeds from logging released state- or special municipality-owned forest land.3.The land price for rental or sale of nation- or special municipality-owned forest land or field land whose management is mandated to the local government, less the management fee and the tillage tax payable on the lease.4.Other revenues.Regulations governing the revenue and expenditure, custody and application of the fund mentioned in the preceding paragraph will be established by the Executive Yuan.

中央或直轄市主管機關，為推動山坡地開發及保育、利用，得設立山坡地開發基金；其資金來源如左：
一、政府循預算程序之撥款。
二、國、直轄市有森林用地解除後之林木砍伐收入。
三、國、直轄市有森林用地、原野地委託地方政府代為管理部分之租金、放領之地價，扣除支付管理費及放租應繳田賦後之餘款。
四、其他收入。
前項基金收支、保管及運用辦法，由行政院定之。
一、政府循預算程序之撥款。
二、國、直轄市有森林用地解除後之林木砍伐收入。
三、國、直轄市有森林用地、原野地委託地方政府代為管理部分之租金、放領之地價，扣除支付管理費及放租應繳田賦後之餘款。
四、其他收入。
