The Farmers Association Act Article 9
Initiating the formation of a Farmers’ Association shall be subject to the approval of the competent authority before convening a meeting of the initiators, at which preparatory members shall be appointed to form a preparatory committee.During the preparation and establishment period, the initiators shall apply to the competent authority to assign personnel to guide and supervise elections and other related procedures.

農會之發起組織，應報經主管機關許可後，方得召開發起人會議，並推定籌備員，組織籌備會。
