The Farmers Association Act Article 27
The general manager and other appointed or employed personnel of a Farmers’ Association shall serve in full-time positions and may not concurrently engage in any commercial or industrial business, hold any paid position in a public or private organization, or serve as an elected representative at any level. If they stand for election to public office, being elected and assuming office shall be deemed as resignation, terminating their position in the Farmers’ Association.
