Park Organizations in the Floral Industry Innovation Park shall pay the administration fees and service charges from January 1, 2023, in accordance with the following provisions:1. Administration fees:1.1 From January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027: the fees calculated at NT$7.94 per square meter per year; the provisions of Articles 3, 5, and 6 of this set of Standards are not applicable.1.2 Commencing January 1, 2028, the fees shall be calculated in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 3, Article 5, or Article 6 of this set of Standards.2.
