Regulations for Tuna Longline Fishing Vessels Proceeding to the Indian Ocean for Fishing Operation Article 59
Any tuna longline fishing vessel or carrier vessel which obtains the approval to transship pursuant to Article 56 shall not conduct the transshipment in the event that the ALC on board is signal-lost and has not been repaired.
