Regulations for Tuna Longline Fishing Vessels Proceeding to the Indian Ocean for Fishing Operation Article 58
In the event that catch of any tuna longline fishing vessel has been landed in a port and is subsequently transported by a carrier vessel for port departure, it shall be deemed as transshipment, and Article 56 shall apply.
