Law:: Regulations for Tuna Longline Fishing Vessels Proceeding to the Atlantic Ocean for Fishing Operation
Chinese:: 鮪延繩釣漁船赴大西洋作業管理辦法第26條

For any tuna longline fishing vessel which changes its fishing Ocean or group with other vessel pursuant to Article 13, its individual vessel quota for the remaining period of its permit shall be the remaining allowed individual vessel quota of that other vessel, and shall not exceed the limits as stipulated in Article 22-1, paragraph 1.

鮪延繩釣漁船依第十三條規定與其他漁船互換作業洋區或作業組別，其後續許可期間之漁獲配額為對方尚未利用之單船許可配額。
