Enforcement Rules of the Fisheries Act Article 15

The programs stipulated in Article 17 of the Act shall include type of fishery, range of fishing ground, fishing period, proposed quantity to be approved, period of public announcement, period of application and other relevant matters.If deemed as necessary, the central or county (city) competent authority may allocate a budget to commission relevant organizations or academic institutions to study and to be in charge of the drafting or revision of the integrated planning under paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Act and the programs under the preceding paragraph.
