Fishing Port Act Article 12
The competent authority shall budget annually to administer and maintain basic facilities of fishing ports, and collect administrative fees from users. Fishing vessels flagged to the Republic of China, public vessels, or vessels seeking refuge are exempt from such fees.Items and rates of the administrative fees as referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be set by the central competent authority.

主管機關應逐年編列預算，辦理各漁港基本設施管理及維護工作，並向使用者收取管理費。
但本國籍漁船、公務船舶或緊急避難船舶免收管理費。
