Regulations on the Management of Crew Members of Fishing Vessels Article 7
Any fishing vessel shall retain on board a crew list, records of declaration for port entry and exit, and other relevant information.For any fishing vessel of 24 meters or above in length or authorized to conduct distant water fisheries, in addition to the requirement as referred to in the preceding paragraph, it shall also retain on board copies of written employment contracts between its fishery operator and crew for the inspection of the crew.
