Regulations on the Management of Crew Members of Fishing Vessels Article 20
Any person that is under any of the following circumstances shall be denied the issuance or renewal of Fishing Vessel Crew Identification or Certificate of Fishing Vessel Officer:1. Two years have not passed since he/she is subject to the withdrawl of the Fishing Vessel Crew Identification or Certificate of Fishing Vessel Officer pursuant to the Act.2. Four years have not passed since he/she is subject to the revocation of the Fishing Vessel Crew Identification or Certificate of Fishing Vessel Officer pursuant to the Act for Distant Water Fisheries.

有下列情形之一者，不予核發或期滿換發漁船船員手冊或幹部船員執業證書：
一、依本法撤銷漁船船員手冊或幹部船員執業證書處分未滿二年。
二、依遠洋漁業條例廢止漁船船員手冊或幹部船員執業證書處分未滿四年。
