Regulations for Fishing Vessels Conducting Squid Jigging Fishery Article 25
Any squid jigging fishing vessel intending to transship or land in port shall be limited to the following ports:(1) Foreign ports:i. Eastern Pacific Ocean fishing area: Callao, Peru.ii. North Pacific Ocean fishing area: Busan, Korea.iii. Southwestern Atlantic Ocean fishing area: Montevideo, Uruguay; and Port Stanley, Falkland Islands.(2) Domestic ports: Chienchen Fishing Harbor, Siaogang Linhai New Residential Quarter Fishing Harbor, Cijin Fishing Harbor, or Pier No. 41 of Kaohsiung Port of Kaohsiung City.For any landing or in-port transshipment approved by the competent authority to be conducted in Chienchen Fishing Harbor, Siaogang Linhai New Residential Quarter Fishing Harbor, Cijin Fishing Harbor, or Pier No. 41 of Kaohsiung Port, the landing or in-port transshipment may be conducted at any of these ports within the timeframe approved.Any fishing vessel intending to landing in port(s) in mainland China shall be limited to the designated ports stipulated in the Regulations on Permission and the Management of Fishing Vessels Sailing to Mainland China.

魷釣漁船於國內或國外港口卸魚或港內轉載，以下列港口為限：
一、國外港口：
（一）東太平洋漁區：秘魯共和國卡要港。
（二）北太平洋漁區：大韓民國釜山港。
（三）西南大西洋漁區：烏拉圭共和國蒙特維多港及英屬福克蘭群島史坦利港。
二、國內港口：高雄市前鎮漁港、小港臨海新村漁港、旗津漁港及高雄港四十一號碼頭。
申請於前鎮、小港臨海新村、旗津漁港或高雄港四十一號碼頭卸魚或港內轉載，經主管機關許可者，許可期間內得於上述國內港口之一進行港口卸魚或港內轉載。
漁船赴大陸地區港口卸魚，以依臺灣地區漁船航行至大陸地區許可及管理辦法公告之港口為限。
