Regulations for Fishing Vessels Conducting Saury Fishery in North Pacific Ocean Article 9
Where any information recorded in an application of a fishing vessel permitted to conduct saury fishery is changed, or where the external characteristic(s) of the fishing vessel differs from that as shown in the vessel photograph(s) previously submitted, the concerned distant water fisheries operator shall provide, within three working days after such change, the Squid and Saury Association with the updated vessel information or new photograph(s). The Squid and Saury Association shall submit the same to the competent authority within three working days after accepting such information and/or photograph(s)
