Regulations for Fishing Vessels Conducting Saury Fishery in North Pacific Ocean Article 6

Any distant water fisheries operator applying for a distant water fisheries permit for the current year shall submit the documents as prescribed in Article 5 and register with the Taiwan Squid and Saury Fisheries Association (hereinafter referred to as “the Squid and Saury Association”) by February 28 of the current year. The Squid and Saury Association shall compile the applications and submit them to the competent authority by March 15 of the current year.
