Regulations for Fishing Vessels Conducting Saury Fishery in North Pacific Ocean Article 33
In the event that catch of any saury fishing vessel has been landed in a port and is subsequently transported by a carrier vessel for port departure, it shall be deemed as transshipment, and Article 31 shall apply.
