Regulations for Fishing Vessels Conducting Saury Fishery in North Pacific Ocean Article 12-3
The available quota per vessel as referred to in Article 12-2 means the aggregate sum of the individual vessel initial quota granted by the competent authority pursuant to these Regulations, quota received from other vessel(s), additional quota allocated upon application, and premium quota, as adjusted by quota transferred out, quota deducted, and quota retrieved.
