Regulations for the Issuance of Building Permit and Fishing License of Fishing Vessel Article 29-1
For a foreign flag tuna purse seine fishing vessel which has been authorized by the competent authority to be invested in or operated in accordance with the Act to Govern Investment in the Operation of Foreign Flag Fishing Vessels, in case that its construction is completed within the Republic of China and its age is less than fifteen years from the launch date to the date of applying for importation, it may be imported after obtaining the replacement qualification of a tuna purse seine fishing vessel of the same level pursuant to Article 15-2.

依投資經營非我國籍漁船管理條例經主管機關許可投資經營之非我國籍鰹鮪圍網漁船，在國內建造完成，且其船齡自建造完成下水之日至申請輸入之日止未超過十五年者，得依第十五條之二規定取得同級別鰹鮪圍網漁船之汰建資格申請輸入。
