Regulations for Recreational Fishery Article 23-1
Discount fares shall be offered to child passengers onboard recreational fishing vessels and the fare shall be charged in accordance with the following:(1) For any child under 1 year of age, no fare shall be charged.(2) For any child of 1 year of age but under 3 years of age, the maximum fare shall not exceed 30% of the adult fare.(3) For any child of 3 years of age but under 12 years of age, the maximum fare shall not exceed 80% of the adult fare.

兒童搭乘娛樂漁業漁船，乘船費用應給予優惠，其收費基準如下：
一、未滿一歲之兒童應予免費。
二、一歲以上未滿三歲之兒童，最高為成人乘船費用百分之三十。
三、三歲以上未滿十二歲之兒童，最高為成人乘船費用百分之八十。
一、未滿一歲之兒童應予免費。
二、一歲以上未滿三歲之兒童，最高為成人乘船費用百分之三十。
