Regulations for Fishing Vessels Conducting Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery Article 45
A southern bluefin tuna Catch Monitoring Form will be issued for an application made in accordance with Article 41 and approved by the competent authority after examination.The validity period of the southern bluefin tuna Catch Monitoring Form shall be four years from the date of landing completion.
