The maritime area subject to the Fisheries Agreement between Taiwan and Japan (hereinafter referred to as “Taiwan-Japan Area”) as referred to in these Regulations is shown in the attached figure, which comprises waters where the other party’s laws are not applicable and a special cooperation zone.Appendix.pdf
