Regulations on the Management of Pacific Bluefin Tuna Fishing Operation Article 31
A Catch Document of Exported Pacific Bluefin Tuna will be issued to an application submitted in accordance with Article 29 and approved after examination.The validity period of the Catch Document of Exported Pacific Bluefin Tuna as referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be six months from the date of issuance.

依第二十九條規定提出之申請案件經審查通過者，發給外銷黑鮪證明書。
