For any Pacific bluefin tuna to be exported, an application form (format as shown in Appendix 7) shall be filled in and submitted, together with the following documents, to the central competent authority, for the issuance of a Catch Document of Pacific Bluefin Tuna for Exportation (hereinafter referred to as “Catch Document of Exported Pacific Bluefin Tuna,” format of which is as shown in Appendix 8):(1)A Catch Document of Domestic Sales Pacific Bluefin Tuna with trading record(s) that can trace back to the concerned fishery operator and relevant transaction document(s).
