The Enforcement Rules for the Forestry Act Article 18
The compensation stipulated by Article 31 of this Act shall be investigated and reviewed by the local government agency.The sum of the said compensation shall be calculated according to the value of the bamboo and logs or the reforestation cost. This information shall be filed with the central government agency, via the local government agency, for approval and determination.

本法第三十一條規定之補償金，由當地主管機關調查審核。
