Administrative Regulations for the Field Testing of Transgenic Plants Article 9
When applying for approval as a field testing institution, the applicant shall fill out and submit to the central competent authority an application form, and shall state the following items:1. the location of the testing facility and a plan map with an appropriate scale;2. the established isolation facility;3. the available inspection equipment;4. a map of the layout of facilities and equipment within the testing area;5. field testing operating management standards of transgenic plants;6. personnel assignments and list of professional personnel; and7. organization of biosafety committee and a list of members.

申請認可為田間試驗機構者，應填具申請書，並載明下列事項，向中央主管機關提出：
一、試驗場之位置及適當比例之平面圖。
二、設置之隔離設施。
三、設置之檢驗設備。
四、試驗作業區內設施、設備之配置圖。
五、基因轉殖植物田間試驗作業管理規範。
六、人員配置及專業人員名冊。
七、生物安全會組織及委員名單。
