Administrative Regulations for the Field Testing of Transgenic Plants Article 17
A transgenic plant breeder or person authorized by a breeder may apply to the central competent authority for a field test permit.The application stipulated in the preceding Paragraph shall include a testing plan reviewed and approved by the field testing institution's biosafety committee.

基因轉殖植物之育種者或經其授權者，得向中央主管機關提出申請許可為田間試驗。
