Fertilizer Management Act Article 15
Imported fertilizers containing organic components from animals or plants must comply with animal and plant quarantine regulations. Fertilizers that faill to pass quarantine inspections must be returned or destroyed.

輸入肥料，凡含有動物、植物之有機質成分者，皆應符合動物、植物檢疫之規定。
