Fertilizer Management Act Article 14

The quality of fertilizers manufactured or imported shall comply with this Act, and the standard inspection competent authority may conduct relevant inspections.The quality as mentioned in the receding Paragraph refers to those specifications in compliance with registered ingredients and specifications announced in accordance with Article 4.The operating procedures and charging standards for fertilizer inspection shall be prescribed by the standard inspection competent authority.
