Regulations on Fertilizer Inspection Article 8
If the fertilizer inspection results reveal any violation of this Act, the governing agency shall inform the business owner within 10 days after receiving the report. Any objection to the inspection result shall be addressed to the Governing agency. After all the disagreeing opinions have been examined and all the facts and evidences evaluated, the governing agency shall notify the business owner the final decision on the fertilizer with full explanation.

肥料經查驗結果，如有違反本法規定情事者，主管機關應於十日內通知肥料業者。
