Regulations on Fertilizer Inspection Article 7
The governing agency shall forward the analyses report to the business owner within 10 days after receiving the report. If the business owner has any objection to the results of the analyses, the owner may file an application for a re-examination on the duplicate sample kept by the governing agency within 15 days after receiving the report. The owner may apply for re-examination only once.The fertilizer business owner is responsible for the cost of the re-examination.

主管機關應於接獲送驗肥料之檢驗報告十日內，將結果通知肥料業者；肥料業者對檢驗結果有異議時，得於接到通知十五日內，向主管機關申請就留存之樣品辦理複驗，但以一次為限。
