Regulations on Fertilizer Inspection Article 10
If a fertilizer is proven to be harmful to soils, plants or public health, the business owner shall recall all products on the market within 30 days after receiving the notification from the governing agency, and destroy them along with those in warehouse, and the handling situation reported to the governing agency for future references.
