Regulations for Managing the Labeling and Marks of Organic Agricultural Products and In-conversion Agricultural Products Article 7
The duration of using organic mark is in length equivalent to the validity duration of organic agricultural products certification.The certification body shall be responsible for management over the use of organic mark by the operators that are certified by the certification body. The agreements executed by and between the certification body and the agricultural product operators in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the Act shall expressly bear the specifications governing labeling, usage, suspension of the usage, and relevant management with the organic mark.

有機農產品標章之使用期間與有機農產品驗證合格之有效期間相同。
驗證機構應負責管理經其驗證之農產品經營者使用有機農產品標章相關事宜，其與農產品經營者依本法第十二條第二項第一款簽訂之契約，應定明有機農產品標章標示、使用、停止使用及相關管理規範。
