Regulations for Managing the Labeling and Marks of Organic Agricultural Products and In-conversion Agricultural Products Article 6
Organic agricultural products and in-conversion agricultural products may use the certification body mark. Upon organic agricultural products, the sizes of the certification body mark shall not be larger than the organic mark.Organic agricultural products and in-conversion agricultural products with containers or packaging can be labelled with certification body mark instead of the name of the certification body, according to subparagraph 5 of paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Act.

有機農產品及有機轉型期農產品，得使用驗證機構標章；有機農產品使用驗證機構標章，其尺寸不得大於有機農產品標章。
有容器或包裝之有機農產品及有機轉型期農產品，依本法第十八條第一項第五款規定應標示驗證機構名稱，得以使用驗證機構標章替代之。
