Rules for Redressing Damage to Farmers Caused by Agricultural Imports Article 5
The competent authority may, pursuant to these Rules, provide appropriate relief measures with respect to damage to domestic agricultural products which as the Review Committee determines has been caused or is likely to be caused by agricultural imports.The Review Committee may act in tandem with other authorities to take relief measures when it determines that serious damage has been or is likely to be caused.

經審議委員會認定國產農產品有因進口而遭受損害或有損害之虞者，主管機關得依本辦法規定，擇其適當之方式提供救助。
審議委員會認有嚴重損害或有嚴重損害之虞時，得由主管機關洽請其他機關提供救助措施。
