Act of Establishment and Administration of Agricultural Technology Parks Article 9

To manage the Park and its public facilities and to maintain the environmental quality of the Park, the Administration may charge the Park Organizations an administrative fee. A service fee or relevant necessary fees may be charged in order to handle the affairs as set forth in the preceding two articles and Article 20.Fee-charging Standards set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the competent authority.
