Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers Article 55
An application by a type D foreign worker for a work permit will be denied by the Central Competent Authority if any of the following situations pertain:1. False information is found in the application.2. The application is not made in conformity with the relevant requirements, and the appli-cant fails to provide the required supplementary material and/or corrections within the set time period.
