Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers Article 39
When an employer finds it necessary to continue the employment of a type B foreign worker he/she should submit the following documents to the Central Competent Authority 2-4 months before the expiration of the worker’s employment permit as part of an applica-tion for contract completion continued employment.1. Application form2. Proof that the employer and worker agree to contract completion continued employment3. Other documents required by the Central Competent Authority.
中文原文 雇主聘僱外國人許可及管理辦法第39條
第二類外國人之聘僱許可有效期間屆滿日前二個月至四個月內，雇主有繼續聘僱該外國人之必要者，於該期限內應備下列文件，向中央主管機關申請期滿續聘許可：
一、申請書。
二、勞雇雙方已合意期滿續聘之證明。
三、其他經中央主管機關規定之文件。
