Regulations Governing the Incentives for the Promotion of Employment of Middle-Aged and Elderly Persons Article 7
The evaluation of the units with outstanding performance and outstanding Practitioners in these regulations shall be based on the following items:1. Having established and promoted friendly employment mechanism for the middle-aged persons and elderly persons;2. Having adopted measures for enhancing employment stability for the middle-aged persons and elderly persons;3. Having implemented forward-looking or constructive measures for human resource development of the middle-aged persons and elderly persons by integrating the special features of the organization;4. Having executed the items set out in the preceding three subparagraphs with effectiveness and influence; and5. Having had any other achievement which can serve as an example.

本辦法所定績優單位及從業人員，依下列項目評選：
一、建立及推動友善中高齡者及高齡者就業機制。
二、促進中高齡者及高齡者職場穩定就業措施。
三、結合單位組織特性，辦理中高齡及高齡人力發展之前瞻性或創意性措施。
四、執行前三款所定項目具有成效及影響力。
五、其他足為楷模之事蹟。
