Regulations Governing the Incentives for the Promotion of Employment of Middle-Aged and Elderly Persons Article 6
The competent authority shall establish and assemble an evaluation committee to undertake evaluation on the units with outstanding performance and outstanding Practitioners set forth in Article 3.The evaluation committee in the preceding paragraph shall have 11 to 19 committee members with its composition set out below:1. Five to eight experts and academics;2. Five to Eight representatives from human resource managers and non-profit organizations; and3. One to three representatives from the competent authorities.The members of the same gender may not be less than one third of the total number of the committee members.

主管機關應成立評選小組，辦理第三條所定績優單位及從業人員評選。
前項所定評選小組，置委員十一人至十九人，其組成如下：

三、主管機關代表一人至三人。
評選小組委員，任一性別比例不得少於三分之一。
