Regulations for Permission and Supervision of Private Employment Services Institution Article 26
The private employment services institution that is intended to suspend for more than one month shall notify the authority issuing the license for reference within fifteen days since the date of suspension.The period of the suspension prescribed in previous Paragraph shall be one year in maximum; and the institution concerned shall notify for reference within fifteen days after resuming business.

私立就業服務機構暫停營業一個月以上者，應於停止營業之日起十五日內，向原許可機關申報備查。
前項停業期間最長不得超過一年；復業時應於十五日內申報備查。
