Regulations for Permission and Supervision of Private Employment Services Institution Article 24
The license of private employment services institution shall not be leased or transferred.The license prescribed in previous paragraph or certificate of person with employment services specialty if stained or damaged shall be returned in exchange for new license or certificate; if lost, the institution or the person shall prepare affidavit and application form recorded with the number of original license or certificate to apply for issuance of a lost voucher.
中文原文 私立就業服務機構許可及管理辦法第24條
私立就業服務機構之許可證，不得租借或轉讓。
前項許可證或就業服務專業人員證書污損者，應繳還原證，申請換發新證；遺失者，應備具結書及申請書，並載明原證字號，申請補發遺失證明書。
