When a private employment services institution or branch organization applies for a permit or employment services professionals apply for certification, the competent authority is required to announce which application items can be sent online.When a private employment services institution or branch organization applies for a permit or employment services professionals apply for certification, they should send document online based on the items announced in the previous paragraph. However, this does not apply when just cause for not doing so is provided and the competent authority agrees.

私立就業服務機構及其分支機構申請許可，及就業服務專業人員申請證書，主管機關得公告採網路傳輸方式申請項目。
依前項規定公告之項目，私立就業服務機構及其分支機構申請許可，及就業服務專業人員申請證書，應採網路傳輸方式為之。
但有正當理由，經主管機關同意者，不在此限。
