Regulations for the Implementation of Laborer and Employment Adjusted Support in Response to Trade Liberalization Article 12
The measures of adjusted support for the industries needing guidance that the laborers may apply for are as follows:1.Subsidization of vocational training programs.2.Subsidization of the charges of technician skills certification.3.Attending mental health lectures and the relevant labor support services.4.Attending entrepreneurial skills and business management training programs.5.Assistance with establishing a laborer and employer autonomous negotiation mechanism.6.Any other measures of adjusted support announced by the Ministry of Labor.

勞工得申請預為輔導調整支援措施如下：
一、補助參加職業訓練。
二、補助參加技術士技能檢定費用。
三、參加心理健康講座等勞工支持服務。
四、參加創業技能及經營管理培訓。
五、協助建立勞資自治協商機制。
六、其他經本部公告之調整支援措施。
