Review Standards and Employment Qualifications for Foreign Workers Engaged in Work Specified in Subparagraphs 8 to 10, Paragraph 1, Article 46 of the Employment Service Act Article 14
Employers who employ live-in home help pursuant to the provisions of the previous two Articles are limited to one home help per household.The total number of hired foreign workers referenced in the previous paragraph includes the following numbers:1. Number of foreign workers on an initial recruitment application.2. Number of workers on an application for a recruitment permit, number of workers with recruitment permits, and number of foreign workers already employed3. Number of foreign workers permitted to transfer employers or work who have not yet received continued employment from a new employer or left the Republic of China.4. Number of workers impacted by the cancellation of foreign worker recruitment permits and employment permits, for reasons attributable to the employer, in the two years preceding the application.

雇主依前二條聘僱家庭幫傭工作者，一戶以聘僱一人為限。
前項聘僱外國人總人數之認定，應包括下列人數：
一、申請初次招募外國人人數。
二、得申請招募許可人數、取得招募許可人數及已聘僱外國人人數。
三、經同意轉換雇主或工作，尚未由新雇主接續聘僱或出國之外國人人數。
四、申請日前二年內，因可歸責於雇主之原因，經廢止外國人招募許可及聘僱許可人數。
