Job descriptions for foreigners to be employed in the real estate agencies should be brokerage or selling of real estates.Foreign workers in this category should obtain a real estate broker certificate issued by the municipality or county (city) competent authority, or a real estate broker certificate issued by the organization or association designated by the authority concerned at the central government level.
