The two-year period, as stipulated under Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the Act and meeting the conditions stipulated in Article 54, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 of the Labor Standards Act, shall be calculated from the day the employed Senior or Middle-Aged Person reaches the age of sixty-three.
