Middle-aged and Elderly Employment Promotion Act Article 8
The competent authority may select the representatives of employees, employers, scholars, experts and government agencies to review and consult the matters regarding the rights and interests of the employment of middle-aged and senior persons and elderly persons. The representatives of employees, employers, scholars and experts shall not be fewer than one-half of the aforementioned representatives selected by the competent authority.Any single gender, middle-aged and senior persons and elderly persons shall not be fewer than one-third of the representatives referred to the preceding paragraph.

主管機關得遴聘受僱者、雇主、學者專家及政府機關之代表，研議、諮詢有關中高齡者及高齡者就業權益事項；其中受僱者、雇主及學者專家代表，不得少於二分之一。
前項代表中之單一性別、中高齡者及高齡者，不得少於三分之一。
